What's not to love (except the excessive use of cilantro) about Chipotle. You can pretty much eat anything in there except the flour tortilla's and everything is au-natural.

I absolutely love Pei Wei's Gluten Free menu. It's a go-to once a week for me. Everything is cooked separately and careful attention is paid to the Gluten Free menu items to assure cross contamination. This P.F. Changs owned restaurant is a favorite of mine.
